6.5 Foro Interaction

After reviewing the blogs of my fellow participants, I was particularly inspired by the use of TimeToast in one of their projects So, after reading it, for my final class activity with 3-year-olds, we're going to use TimeToast but in a very simple and fun way. We'll make a "My Day" timeline. I'll ask four parents to come and help, so we have one adult for each little group. Each group will draw pictures of what they do in a day, like eating breakfast, playing, or reading a book. Then, we'll stick these pictures on a big piece of paper in the order they happen from morning to night. The parents will help the kids talk about their pictures and put them in the right order. At the end, each group will show their "My Day" timeline to the class. This will help the kids learn about routines and how to tell stories with pictures. They'll also get to practice talking in front of friends with help from the parents. It's going to be a fun way to learn

5.3 Mini Proyecto Genially

Our Superhero Project Last year, I had a great time teaching second grade. We did something really fun and creative. We made our daily superheroes.  We love superheroes because they can do amazing things and have cool stories. So, we decided to make our own. Each student got to think of their very own superhero.  First, we talked about what makes a superhero special, like their powers and where they come from. Then, everyone started creating. They thought about what powers their superhero would have, what they would wear, and what their story was. It was exciting to see all the different ideas!  To share our superheroes, we used a cool tool called Genially. It let us make a fun presentation with pictures and stories about our superheroes. Everyone made a slide for their superhero, and it looked great! The best part was when we showed our superheroes to the class. Everyone got to stand up and tell us about their superhero. It was fun to see all the different heroes we thought up an

4.3 STORYJUMPER

HI! This activity about a super fun adventure we took on in our first-grade class. We dove into the world of storytelling with Storyjumper, and it was  greatª!! I want to Keep an eye out for some cool story links at the end! Organization:  Groups. We started by splitting up into small teams. I mixed things up so everyone had a friendthey could work well with, making sure every group had a little bit of everything – from storytellers to artists.*How We  Begin to work: 1. Meet Storyjumper:First up, everyone got a tour of Storyjumper and asee how it works. 2. Brainstorming : each group threw out ideas for their stories. We were all about friendship, adventure, and fun classroom tales. 3. Sketching : we planned out our stories, deciding who would do what. 4. Creating sStories: This was the fun part using Storyjumper to make our stories pop with cool illustrations and text. 5. Show and Tell: Finally, it was time to share our stories with the class. Everyone got to show off their hard w

3.4 EDPUZZLE

Using Edpuzzle. So, I tried using Edpuzzle, and we worked with a farm animal video on Edpuzzle, I picked this video it's got catchy tunes and adorable farm animals that I knew would grab the children attention. Aim: Our main goal was get the kids to know and love farm animals and the sounds they make. After getting all excited about the animals on screen, we planned to act out the animals' sounds and moves in class.   Flipping the Classroom: In a way, this was like flipping the classroom but for preschoolers. The cilhrdren watched the video before class, so when they showed up, they were all ready to jump into more farm animal fun. This meant we could spend more class time workingbecause they already had a head start from the video. The Bes: It was a really possitive activite that children enjoyed. Next time, I migh add more animals and perhaps we cna add some simple questions during the video to make sure they're paying attention. All in all, using Edpuzzle to bring farm a

2.4 A TimeLINE

In  this learning activity designed  and adapted for 3-year-olds, we used TimeToast to create a timeline of "Little Red Riding Hood" accompanied by image s, aiming to enhance sequential understanding, visual-narrative connection, and digital tool familiarity. The platform's user-friendly interface and visual clarity significantly benefited the activity, allowing children to easily associate story parts with images and visualize the story sequence. We encountered challenges like the fact that at this age kids might find difficult to fiind the stories, or image upload issues, which were overcome by providing step-by-step guidance and preparing compatible images beforehand.  Students reacted positively, showing increased engagement and enjoyment from actively participating in creating the timeline. For future improvements, an introductory session on TimeToast, more practice activities, and predesigned templates could further ease the process for young learners

2.2 Reading habits

Imagen
After checking the pictes, I think we've got a bunch of different reading vibes going on, from cozy book corners to a lonely newspaper reader. Whether folks picked their own books or had them chosen by someone else probably depends on what's happening in each pic, like whether it's study time ( perhaps at the library one') or just chilling with their favorite reads. Now, when it comes to how everyone's feeling, I'd say it's a mixed bag. You've got the possibility of someone being totally lost in a book, loving every second, while someone else might be grinding through study material, feeling a bit more on the stressed side. And then there's the digital reader crowd, who could be anywhere from super relaxed to totally engaged with whatever's on screen. Diving into my own reading habits and preferences, here's the lowdown: What I Dig Reading: In English and Italian, I'm all about those fantasy novels... some magic and dragons, and I'

Let's embark on a journey to a land where the wilderness stretches as far as the eye can see, and the spirit of adventure is palpable in the crisp, fresh air. This country is a mosaic of stunning landscapes, from towering mountains that scratch the sky to vast forests that whisper tales of the ages. Its cities are a blend of modernity and tradition, where innovation meets a rich cultural heritage. Venture into the wild, and you might catch a glimpse of the majestic creature that symbolizes this nation's essence. With a poised demeanor and an imposing presence, this animal is as much a part of the land as the snow-capped peaks and the serene lakes. This country's love for the outdoors is matched by its passion for a sport that's more than just a game; it's a way of life. Here, the cold winters bring about a fervent anticipation for the thrill of the ice, where athletes glide with grace, their hearts beating to the rhythm of this beloved pastime. Can you gues
